The Policy and Procedure Committee is responsible for reviewing and proposing language to the Municipal Executives Associations By-laws. The Committee will make recommendations to the Board of Directors, and if approved, will go before the membership for a vote on the proposal(s). Additionally, the Committee, from the direction of the MEA Board President, drafts Policy for the Board of Directors. Policies are defined as to the Board’s responsibilities and operations, for example, nominations, attendance, racial equity, etc. Once the draft policy is finalized, it will be presented and voted on by the Board of Directors for adoption.
