Mayor’s Proposed Budget for FY 2025-26 and 2026-27
The Mayor has released his proposed budget for fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27 (PRESS RELEASE).
SF Court and MEA Updates
- FY24-25 MOU
MEA and the Court ratified a one-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from September 1, 2024, through October 31, 2025. For specifics, read more AGREEMENT. - SF Court Return to Office 5 days a week
On March 28, 2025, the Court announced a Return to Office (RTO) schedule of 5 days a week effective June 16, 2025.
CCSF Misc and MTA Return to Office 4 days a week Agreements – delayed implementation
MEA, the City, and MTA negotiated terms for settlement agreements in response to the Mayor’s RTO unilateral directive to work four (4) days a week. The effective date has been delayed until August 18, 2025.
Upcoming Wage Increases (Misc & MTA MOUs)
Represented employees shall receive the following base wage increases:
- Effective June 30, 2025, at close of business, shall receive a 1% base wage increase and
- Effective July 1, 2025, shall receive a 1% wage increase
SAVE-the-DATE Upcoming Workshops (in-Service Trainings)
In collaboration with CON & DHR, MEA’s July 2025 virtual workshops on submitting expense authorization and reports for FY25-26 Misc and MTA Management Training Funds will be held on:

All employees must submit outstanding reimbursements as soon as possible and have them approved before June 26 at 5 p.m.
