Jocelyn Quintos serves as the Director of Accounting Operations and Systems for the Controller’s Office. She oversees and directs the accounting activities citywide, and also coordinates and collaborates with staff at all levels of City government, regulatory and granting agencies and all external customers such as citizens and businesses, to ensure efficient and accurate recording of the revenues, expenditures, assets and liabilities of the City. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of California and holds a Certificate in Financial Forensics(CFF) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In recognition of her outstanding leadership and management of accounting operations, she received the 2012 Public Managerial Excellence Award sponsored by the Municipal Fiscal Advisory Committee of San Francisco’s Planning and Urban Research organization. Jocelyn has been on the Board since June 2012.
