Mirna Palma currently manages the Talent Acquisition, Assessments and Classification Unit of the Human Services Agency. She has served in this role for the past 10 years, prior to that Ms. Palma worked at the Controller’s Office, the Department of Human Resources and the Department of Public Health. In her current role, she oversees the creation and administration of Civil Service exams, recruitments and job classifications, and is involved in the Agency’s efforts to advance racial equity throughout its hiring practices. Ms. Palma started her career in examinations with the City 26 years ago and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
