The role of the Communications Committee (CC) is to help facilitate MEA’s ability to effectively and creatively communicate to a broad range of stakeholders, including members, potential
members, staff, media, elected officials, regulatory bodies, and various City departments. We help tell our MEA story. The CC engages with MEA staff and members to develop content for the Member Spotlight on
sfmea.com and create posts for the SFMEA LinkedIn page. The CC reviews digital content usage and engagement through GA4 and LinkedIn data. The Communications Committee is looking for volunteers to join the committee who can contribute to story ideas, content creation, along with web and digital insights and oversight. We are looking for creative contributors that can help tell MEA’s story through written and spoken word, digital images and video creation, interviews, and engaging articles.
