As was previously announced, the City will end the FY24-25 pilot process and revert to the former post-appointment process.
For Fiscal Year 2025-26, this means that:
- Range B & C ongoing, wage increases and one-time, lump sum bonuses will be available again to departments pursuant to a prescribed pool of dollars and only through this once-a-year process.
- Accordingly, effective 9/29/25, Departments will no longer have discretion to move employees in Ranges B & C at any time.
Additionally, employees will continue to be able to nominate themselves for adjustments and/or departments will continue to be able to nominate on behalf of a manager for adjustments as well.
