On December 23, 2025, the San Francisco Superior Court and MEA reached a tentative agreement on the terms and conditions for a successor MOU from 11/1/25 through 10/31/29.
We are happy to report that the MEA and CRT FY25-29 Memorandum of Understanding has been ratified by both parties. There were 28 YES member votes in support of the Tentative Agreement. Thank you to those who voted.
The following MOU provisions were changed, including but not limited to:

Longevity Pay Premium
Long-Term Disability Coverage
Vacation Cash Out
Administrative Leave
Reproductive Leave
Management Training
Personnel Files
